Orders & Returns



Miann & Co offers a refund or store credit on full price items*, and store credit on sale items.

  • Item/s must be in original condition – unwashed, unworn, unstained with all tags attached.

  • The item/s must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.


If eligible, use our Returns Portal to lodge your return. You can find the portal here.

Returning an item purchased on sale? We do not offer full refunds on items knowingly purchased on sale. Any item bought during a storewide sale or with a discount code are eligible for refund or store credit.


Want to exchange an item? Due to high sell through of stock we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change sizes or style, we will issue you a store credit that you can use to repurchase the item/s of your choice.


Wondering how long it will take for us to approve your return? Please allow 2-3 business days for us to approve your return.


Submitted your return but didn’t receive an approval email? Some mail providers mark them as spam, so please just your junk mail. If it has been over 5 business days and you still haven’t received the email, please get in touch


Wondering how long it will take to receive your refund or credit? Please allow 2-3 business days upon your parcel arriving for the return to be processed.
