Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on the following items: soothers and teethers, beanies and hats, hair accessories, cosmetics, underwear, breastfeeding and hygiene products, nappy & nappy accessories, and bedding.
To be eligible for a credit (issued as a gift voucher) or refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
To help reduce excess packaging we request you use the original packaging where possible.
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is at cost of the customer and non-refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as MIANN & CO are not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost. We hope to be able to offer free return shipping in the future.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PARCEL FOR RETURN
If eligible, use our Returns Portal to lodge your return. You can find the portal here.
STEP 1 – Lodge your return with our return’s portal linked above and choose your preferred return method.
STEP 2 – Once return has been approved, post to our warehouse address below and include your original order number

STEP 3 – Once parcel arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 6 business days for us to process your return.
You will receive an email to let you know once your return has been processed.
Your credit will be emailed to you as a gift voucher to the value of your item/s (+ 10% for full priced items)
You will be refunded in the same way you chose to pay.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.
For online purchases, your refund will be returned through AfterPay.
Please allow up to 10 days for processing your AfterPay refund. Please note, refunds from AfterPay will appear as a reduction on your balance owing rather than a lump sum refund back to your original account.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot facilitate exchanges. Instead, we recommend returning the incorrect item for a credit (issued as a gift voucher to use on your next Miann & Co purchase), or refund and then placing a new order for the correct item.
