Items can be exchanged if ordered originally from www.miannandco.com.au with a valid receipt within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 7 days after such notification.
Items bought from other Miann & Co stockists will need to be processed direct with that retailer.
Please choose carefully with reduced items as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you decide to exchange your item for another item you must first contact email@example.com or call our head office to confirm the replacement item is available and that the exchange is eligible. You will receive a Return Authorization number that needs to be included in your package.
Goods to be exchanged must be returned within14 days of item being purchased – items must be new, unworn, unwashed and with original packaging and tags and still attached.
Tracking and insurance of the returned items are encouraged as Miann & Co will not assume responsibility for any items until the items is received by us. Please remember that you must include your name and Return Authorization number inside the package. Please also include a reply paid satchel for Miann & Co to send back your exchange item in. If a reply paid satchel is not supplied with the item to exchange, then a postage cost will be incurred.
To return an item(s), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the reason for the return and to obtain a Return Authorization number. This number is required for your return to be accepted.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase – new, unwashed and with original packaging and tags attached. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the return postage back to Miann & Co head office.

If you feel you have a faulty item, please email email@example.com with an image of your item and we will assess the item on a case-by-case basis and respond with a resolution.
Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
