Exchanges & Returns

Returns policy

Please use our Returns Portal: https://www.miannandco.com.au/a/returns for all returns and exchanges.

  • Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 14 days of receiving it. Your store credit is valid for 12 months.
  • Your item (s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn and unwashed, unstained and footwear in original condition.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage
  • We will only accept returned items that have been lodged through our Return Magic portal.

How do I return an item:

  1. Lodge your return using our return portal.
  2. Select the items you would like to return.
  3. Return to us at Unit 2/ 92 Balliang st, South Geelong 3220.
  4. Pop your return in the post and we’ll let you know when we’ve received it.
  5. Please allow up to 5 days for our warehouse to receive and issue your store credit note.
  6. We will send you an email to tell you that your store credit has been applied.

 

Exchanges:

We no longer exchange. We recommend you returning your item back to us, and then using your store credit to place a new order.

Afterpay returns:

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue a store credit. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. MIANN & CO is unable to offer partial refunds. The store credit will be for the total value of the item(s) returned. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729

PLEASE NOTENo refunds will be processed on Afterpay orders.

 

Faulty Items:

We’ll sort this problem ASAP. Simply email info@miannandco.com.auand send photos of the fault to our customer service team whom will action ASAP.  A choice of refund or replacement will be offered once the service manager has deemed the item faulty.

 

SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We experience huge volumes during our sale period. To help with some of your questions please read through our Sale Terms and conditions.

Please read product descriptions carefully. There are size guides and comprehensive product descriptions to help. All sale item purchases are final.

We do not exchange, refund or store credit items purchased on sale.

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we cannot add to or change any items on the order once it has been placed. Please refrain from emailing in regards to this question, as it is a sale condition and is enforced to help with inventory management.

Sale prices will not be honoured outside the sale period under any circumstances. We carefully select a time frame that everyone has a chance to purchase in. Our sale period has strict start and finish dates.

 If a sale has a code to enter or a promotion running only one code can be used at one time.

Shipping time frames are extended to 10 plus working days this does not include Public holidays, which can extend this dispatch period longer. If an order is urgent please select Express and your order will be processed accordingly.

Our shipping system will send an email once dispatched. Please refrain from emailing.

Faulty Items: 

Please note we have a very thorough quality assurance checking system both locally and internationally . Very Occasionally a faulty item will sneak through. Please send through a photos and a comprehensive description of the fault.
